• If a match is cancelled or suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the odds for that selection will be set to 1.00.
• In live betting, some bets may not be accepted due to server latency.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 30 times (wagering requirement).
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 will count toward wagering requirements.
• Each member may use each promotion once only.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If promotion abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 19bd:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools on the betting system.
• Attempting to manipulate odds by colluding with two or more members.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or showing disrespect toward support staff.

Violating any of these rules may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.

19bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious transactions is found.
• If information provided during KYC verification is found to be false.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@19bd.click. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
